Our client seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Family Personal Assistant to manage household and ensure the smooth running of family's daily life.
Responsibilities:
- Household Management: Oversee all aspects of household maintenance, including organizing repairs, managing vendors, and ensuring a clean and well-maintained home environment.
- Childcare Coordination: Manage children's schedules, appointments, and activities, ensuring their daily needs are met.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and direct household staff (e.g., housekeeper, nanny) to maintain high standards of service and performance.
- Errands and Logistics: Run errands, manage grocery shopping, coordinate deliveries, and handle other logistical tasks as needed.
- Calendar Management: Maintain and update family calendars, ensuring all appointments, activities, and events are properly scheduled and communicated.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a family setting.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with family members, staff, and vendors.
- Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Fluency in Japanese (At least basic daily conversation)
