Requirements
- Registered as Workplace Safety and Health Officer with Ministry of Manpower
- Has working experience in clean room environment
- Able to communicate in bilingual (English and Mandarin)
Job Description
1) Identify, assess, control and manage Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) risks
2) Develop, implement, maintain and improve WSH management systems and culture including corporate requirements
3) Inspect and examine any machinery, equipment, plant, installation in the workplace.
4) Maintain the workplace records, certificates, notices and documents kept or required to be kept under the Act including any other relevant document.
5) Assess the levels of noise, illumination, harmful or hazardous substances in the workplace and the exposure levels of persons at work.
6) Conduct investigation for any accident/ incident (gas and chemical leak, spills, fire, etc), dangerous occurrence or occupational disease that occurred within the workplace.
7) Plan and conduct Emergency Response training and activities including evacuation drill, fire/ gas and chemical leak drill, CERT audit etc.
8) Assist in evacuation, first aid & rescue and mitigation operations, decontamination of personnel and equipment.
9) Contractor Management and permit to work management.
10) Conduct internal audit and coordinate external audit.
11) Consolidate and generate WSH reports.
12) Assist in any other related duties assigned by immediate supervisor as and when necessary.
Working Hours: 5 working days - 08.30 to 18.00 (including 45 min meal break)
