Main Responsibilities
- To develop a client portfolio for sales including groups, conferences, meetings and events.
- To provide tailor-made quotations for venue rental, meeting packages, menu and accommodations.
- To maintain a MICE database of key contacts/clients;
- To ensure good follow-up and service delivery.
- To coordinate and drive hotel inspection, welcome cocktails, and workshop.
- To assist the Sales team in any activities.
Requirements
· Minimum in any Certificate or Diploma holder.
· Possess initiative and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
· Confident, energetic and enthusiastic
· Ability to present ideas, expectations and information in a concise, well-organized manner.
· Good customer service skills and relationship management skills
· MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint knowledge
