This is a unique opportunity to learn about all aspects of the Fund Management business.
We are currently sourcing for a dynamic, qualified and dedicated individual to fill the Investment Analyst role.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in financial research and analysis of publicly traded real estate companies
· Evaluate financial and investment information, typically for the purpose of forming an investment thesis
· Track the performance of existing investment holdings against comparable companies
· Track and analyse real estate sector trends; produce ad-hoc and quarterly thematic reports based on findings
· Extract, verify and consolidate data from sell-side information sources to build meaningful reports
· Take on new initiatives or projects as required
Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of full-time relevant work experience in fund management, banking or finance industry
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business. Candidates with CFA qualification have an added advantage
· Self-starter who is able to self-manage and prioritize workload
· Takes ownership of tasks and able to problem-solve
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
· Those who are familiar with Bloomberg have an added advantage
