Are you a creative marketing professional with a passion for tabletop games? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior/Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and generate excitement around our tabletop games. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and leadership capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand and marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences and the competitive landscape in the tabletop game industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Plan, execute and optimise marketing campaigns on various channels, including advertising.
- Plan and manage marketing budgets
- Engaging with the community through online and offline channels.
- Monitor, analyse and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Support in editorial work.
- Support and facilitate in any workshops and events that the company might conduct and/or participate, including international ones.
- Any other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing role, preferably in the lifestyle or entertainment industry.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business Administration, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- Passionate in planning and developing strategies.
- Good command of English language.
- Adept in using various digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Has knowledge on basic data analytics, SEO and SEM.
- Passionate about tabletop games.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge in design and video-editing softwares such as Photoshop or After Effects is an added advantage.
