Position: HR Employee Support & Advisory Executive
Location: Raffles
Salary: Up to $8200/Month
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare employment documentation and oversee onboarding activities.
- Manage employee declarations, screenings, benefits, and record management.
- Handle activities related to the Representative Notification Framework for financial advisers.
- Drive service improvements and contribute to Digital Transformation initiatives within HR Shared Services.
- Manage staff movements and ensure compliance with employment laws and work visas.
- Update HR policies, collaterals, and procedures regularly.
- Monitor and optimize HR services to meet service level agreements.
- Support audits, compliance testing, and regulatory inspections.
- Participate actively in Digital Transformation initiatives for HR Shared Services.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 7 Years HR Working Experience in Banks.
- Ensure systems, processes, and policies meet business needs effectively.
- Keep HR Shared Services materials, policies, and procedures up to date.
- Review HR services to ensure they meet service level agreements.
- Assist with internal and external audits and regulatory inspections for HR compliance.
- Actively participate in digital transformation initiatives, especially those involving the HR Shared Services team.
