You will be providing effective administrative support to the Client Success Team (CLS). Working closely with the Account Executives (AEs), providing support in the following functions:
- Administrative support to the team.
- Some functions include, but not exhaustive: printing of tickets, transacting of orders, despatching of materials to clients, holding of seats, generation of reports.
- Work with the Settlement Admin Team to ensure that the settlement reports are prepared accurately in a timely manner.
- Perform data entry tasks related to client information, ensuring accuracy and consistency on the respective platforms
- To handle some accounts beyond the administrator role as part of the learning process and understanding of the Account Executive
- Any other duties assigned by CLS Managers.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Prior events handling experience will be an added advantage
- Motivated, meticulous and results oriented
- Ability to adhere to strict timelines
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player and ability to work effectively within a team as well as by oneself
