Opportunity to join a global market leader in the high-tech capital equipment manufacturing space as Finance Director overseeing the Global Manufacturing Operations.
The Role
Reporting to the Global VP Finance, you will lead a team to oversee the finance function for Singapore as well as Global Manufacturing Operations. You will be responsible for evaluating operations spend, forecasting, working capital and cost analysis. You will also prepare, analyse, and interpret monthly financial results and forecasts for the company’s financial operations, monthly operations reviews as well as preparation of Quarterly/Annual budget, monthly financial forecasting and variance analysis to actual results. You will also perform analysis of Headcount, Cost of Good Sold and Inventory.
This is a highly visible role within the organization and you will partner closely with the senior leadership team for Singapore and Global Manufacturing Operations to resolve complex business challenges, establish business metrics, and provide insights into future business endeavors as a trusted advisor. You will also drive inventory optimization, gross margin improvement and supplier investments.
Your Profile
As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree or Diploma in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience:
- At least 15 years of relevant finance experience partnering with Manufacturing Operations, preferably within the high technology manufacturing environment.
- Experience in partnering with Global operations including purchasing, supply chain and manufacturing will be essential.
- Regional and/or global exposure as well as proven managerial experience is a must.
