Responsibilities:
· Handle incoming calls for accounts servicing, campaigns, product inquiries, and helpdesk support.
· Follow up on cases and customer requests.
· Maintain compliance, control standards, and customer confidentiality.
· Overtime may be necessary.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Preferably a fresh degree or diploma holder/ GCE N, A and O level graduate
· Relevant work experience is an advantage.
· Customer Service exposure is a plus.
· Problem solving skills and Analytical and critical thinking.
· Excellent communication skills
