Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve financial objectives and target KPIs for multiple restaurant outlets
- Refine and establish SOPs, monitor and control operational costs, and ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise financial performance, generate detailed financial reports, and support strategic decision-making through business forecasting.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, design promotional strategies, and conduct market research for business expansion opportunities.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff, fostering a performance-driven team environment and conducting regular training sessions.
- Ensure high-quality service, respond to guest feedback, maintain food and beverage compliance, and provide exceptional cuisine and wine pairing services.
Key Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of global experience in Michelin-starred restaurants or 5-star hotel restaurant F&B managerial positions
- Proven track record in achieving financial objectives and managing high-end restaurant operations
- Strong guest relations skills and the ability to deliver excellent dining experiences
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is essential
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Extensive knowledge of spirits and wines is preferred
- Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team
- Strong strategic planning, marketing, and business development capabilities
