Digital Marketing and Automation Coordinator
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Lead and collaborating with the CRM Analytics Team, the Digital Marketing and Automation Coordinator will play a pivotal role in coordinating, automating, and executing RightShip’s marketing campaigns. You will manage data segmentation, lead nurturing, and optimize our HubSpot system to streamline marketing processes. Key Responsibilities
Marketing Automation
- Create and coordinate automation for global campaigns, including email marketing, social media and other marketing channels
- Manage data segmentation and list management for targeted marketing efforts
- Support Top-of-Funnel campaigns and enable lead routing mechanism
- Implement lead nurturing processes, including lead lifecycle, lead scoring to move prospects through the sales funnel in collaboration with Digital Lead
- Maintain and optimize HubSpot, ensuring it integrates well with other tools and systems
Digital Asset Creation and Management
- Collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure that automated communications maintain high-quality standards and align with brand voice
- Assist in the development of landing pages as well as maintaining and overseeing the production of gated content, including whitepapers, guides and reports
- Test, collect, and analyse data, identify SEO trends, and gain insights about target customers’ likes and dislikes to maximise ROI from an SEO campaign. Work in collaboration with different teams to ensure best practices are deployed
- Reporting and analysis through google analytics
KPI Reporting
- Analyse campaign performance and generate detailed reports on effectiveness, conversions, and ROI and recommendations to improve campaign performance
- Support with the development of quarterly marketing KPI dashboards
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related disciplines
- 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in using B2B marketing automation tools and software is essential, preferably Salesforce and HubSpot
- Knowledge of HTML and the ability to code landing pages and email templates is a benefit
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data to improve campaign performance. Proactive, able to work independently and in a team
- Good communication and excellent teaming with internal team and external agencies
- Good project management and time management skills
- Able to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities under tight deadlines
