· Preparation of financial statements and coordination with Tax Filing agents / Auditor
· Maintaining Regular Books of Accounts for Three Companies (AP, AR & GL functions)
· Analyze accounts transactions and provide accurate, timely of Goods & Service Tax (GST) return statements for filings (IRAS) & Regular Compliances
· CPF, and IRAS Annual income tax (AIS) Submission
· Perform other routine administrative activities according to the
organization’s established procedures
· Perform monthly bank reconciliation, month-end closing, and year-end closing.
· Monitoring & updating of employees’ benefits & attendance such as daily attendance monitoring, medical leave, annual leave, etc.
. Arrange Safety courses for technicians based on Client Requirements.
. Maintain NEA Licence requirements for the Company and also the technicians.
. Manage Required Regulatory Complaince NEA Singapore for the Technicians.
· Handle work pass applications, renewal, cancellation, and matters about work passes.
· Invoicing, Scheduling Payments, Payables & Receivables Management, and Reporting
· Provide commentary for management reporting regarding profits, cash flow, and other financial results.
· Improve systems and procedures, and initiate corrective actions
