Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the HR duties in an employee’s lifecycle from talent acquisition, onboarding to offboarding.
- Responsible for recording and maintaining HRIS system such as Prosoft / UKG.
- Administer employees’ benefits programme and prepare salary benchmarking and proposals.
- Support annual increment, promotion exercise, performance appraisal review and bonus payout.
- Maintain awareness and knowledge of latest HR development, governmental laws and regulations.
- Assist in updating and managing HR policies and procedures in accordance with company regulations and local legislation requirements
- Administration of work pass (application, renewal and cancellation, appeal etc.)
- Prepare and process monthly payroll, bonus payment and year-end tax submission.
- MOM survey and submission of government claims.
- Responsible for training enrolment and follow up on course payment and training grants claims.
- Responsible for HR, ISO audit and related matters
- Support HR initiatives and projects from time to time
- Support general HR related and office administration.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
- Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations
- Resourceful, independent and meticulous
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholders across different levels
- Good analytical skills with positive attitude to take on challenges and responsibilities.
