Role Summary
This role assists the team leader in overseeing operations in CDL China HQ team, China development projects, assets, and investment projects to ensure that they align with the company’s business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the projects of CDL China Group.
- Assist in strategic planning, periodical review on structure, and policies and procedures.
- Execute senior management business decisions that may have a critical impact on projects by coordinating with local teams.
- Assist in management reporting and monthly reports.
- Monitor projects’ performance to achieve budget and KPIs, and work with China teams to establish action plans timely.
- Assist in reviewing and facilitating approval of business plan of every project.
- Stay current on China market trends and timely response to market change.
- Ad-hoc analysis and reporting to senior management
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline.
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in operations and business management.
- Fluency in both oral and written English and Mandarin is a must.
- Familiar with China market, its operations, and working culture.
- Urgency at work and strong initiative.
- Strong financial and business acumen with good organisational and time management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Efficient, meticulous, and resourceful.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- A strong team player with a dynamic personality.

- Ability to juggle multiple projects and work with minimum supervision.
