Job Summary
- The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role will require a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and hands-on execution. You will work closely with our product, sales, and engineering teams to craft and communicate our unique value propositions to the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Oversee and manage all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, email campaigns, and events.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Collaborate with the product team to develop product positioning and messaging.
- Drive lead generation and nurture campaigns to support sales objectives.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the tech or start-up environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media management.
- Knowledge of the AI and robotics industry is a plus.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
