Job description
Job Scope:
- Attend to client enquiries professionally and provide quality customer service through emails, phone calls and walk-ins, IG DMs smooth and seamless pre and post-sales customer service
- Packing and checking all cakes and against the invoices to ensure accuracy in message piping, candles, etc.
- Arranging cakes and sending them out to the respective drivers from the Central Kitchen for delivery
- Manage and resolve all customer service recovery issues
- Arranging delivery routes to drivers
- Stock take and inventory
- Managing stocks on online platforms and processing online orders
- Preparation and submission of reports on a daily and monthly basis

Requirements:
- 6 days work week: Sun off. Mon to Thurs 8AM to 4PM. Fri to Sat 8AM to 5PM
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
- Excited to grow with the brand
- Passion for excellence and ability to build relationships with clients and understand their needs
- Responsible and committed individual
- A self-starter who is pro-active and able to work independently
