Job Title: Finance Assistant (BYD)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities, as needed.
- Assist in preparation of financial statements, tax filings, and other regulatory compliance requirements in accordance with Singaporean laws and regulations.
- Assist in financial planning and budgeting processes, working closely with department heads to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Experience in Accounts Receivable, petty cash, issuing tax invoice, commission invoice and others finance related transactions.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Singaporean financial regulations, practices, and tax laws.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data and trends to inform decision-making.
- Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
