ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE (PERMANENT)
Location: North-West
Working Hours:
- 5 Days Work Week
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Remuneration Package:
- Basic up to S$ 3500
- AWS
- Performance Bonus
- Completion Bonus (S$ 500)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL)
- Perform month-end closing
- Process payments, cheques, online payment batches and staff claims
- Perform invoicing
- Prepare quarterly GST statement
- Assist in Annual budgeting
- Handle fixed assets registry
- Assist in year-end audit and the preparation of audit schedules, including liaising with auditors and tax agents as required
- Coordinate and liaise with overseas parties, bankers, external auditors and tax agent.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- At least Diploma in Accountancy or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in full set of accounts
- Good computer literacy (Excel and word)
- Knowledge in SAP and Xero will be an added advantage
