Responsibilities
We’re looking for a motivated Key Account Manager to lead and oversee strategic accounts.
- Build and develop relationships with key accounts, ensuring services are delivered;
- Own the P&L for key accounts, ensuring profitability and efficiency of services provided;
- Spearhead reporting of financial status of accounts;
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders across all levels;
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support client projects, escalations andimplementations;
- Provide sticky follow-up with client requests;
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and processes;
- Contribute to the solution design process for key accounts, for projects across all scales;
- Support administrative and billing related processes.
Requirements
- Degree of Diploma in Supply Chain related disciplines;
- Experience in supply chain management;
- Experience interfacing with clients and customers;
- Ability to work well in cross-functional teams;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
