Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary communication liaison between key customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Distribution teams to achieve targeted results in the market.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with major customers to enhance brand loyalty and competitiveness.
- Oversee sales and operations across the entire Modern Trade (MT) Channel.
- Liaise with customers on sales, promotional activities, and stock status to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Creation and Submission of new product listing, promotion or relevant information to retailers as needed.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to execute Above-The-Line (ATL) and Below-The-Line (BTL) promotional activities.
- Manage Sales and Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budgets to ensure promotional expenses stay within allocated limits.
- Ensure flawless execution of all trade programs as per planned strategies.
- Develop and implement account strategies for key customers based on thorough understanding of their needs and proposing solutions that align with both company and customer objectives.
- Conduct market and store visits to gather insights and support sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Degree preferably in Business/Marketing or relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in key account management.
- Preferably experience in Modern Trade (Supermarkets).
- Possess own transport
