This advertisement is for the recruiting position of Contract Corporate Support Officer.
If successfully selected, you will be seconded to a MOE Primary School located in Choa Chu Kang.
Contract Period: From 01 August 2024 to 31 Dec 2025
Option to Extend: for a further period of 1 year
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of ½ hr lunch break
- Fridays: 9.00am to 5:30pm, inclusive of ½ hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
The Services required are set out as follows:
- Preparation and verification of documents
- Management of records
- Compilation of statistics
- Drafting of correspondences
- Handling of calls and enquiries
- Management of students at sick bay
- Management of stationery and medical Inventory
- Candidate will be working in Yew Tee Primary School where the candidate will be exposed to administration in a variety of areas such as finance, Procurement, human resource, estate management and general administration.
The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, experience and skills:
- Certificate in Office Skills, Certificate in Business Studies (Accounting) or Higher Nitec/Nitec in Office Skills, Accounting or Business related disciplines
- GCE “A” or “O’ level certificate or equivalent of ESS Career Readiness Certificate (Operations)
- ESS Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 5
- A team player with good communication skills
- Preferably with at least 4 years of relevant work experience in general administration and finance.
