Responsibilities
1) Manage customer sales orders (quotations and customers’ purchase orders) with verifications and follow up with customers in case of discrepancies.
2) Ensure business transaction closure from sales order through issuance of delivery note to invoicing and payment
3) Handling some PO process to Supplier
4) Handle RMA & loan process
5) Manage administration (Reports, Filing and documentations)
6) Manage freight arrangement for local and export shipments
7) Assist the sales team in daily administrative work, in handling and processing customers enquiries
8) Monitor packaging, unpacking and delivery activities at warehouse
9) Undertake ad-hoc duties and tasks as and when required
Requirements:
1) Minimum Diploma holder or higher
2) At least 2 years’ working experiences as a Sales Administrator.
3) Possess good customer handling skills with a positive mindset
4) Experience in SAP system- Netsuite is preferred
5) Meticulous and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
6) Capability to learn and adapt very quickly
7) Knowledge of shipping terms will have added advantage
8) Able to read and write Chinese, as candidate will have to liaise with Counter-part office in Taiwan / China
