Responsibilities:
· Assist to key data in system
· Manage general office administrative duties and keep records accordingly
· Consolidate monthly attendance sheet for staff
· Update and check expense claims and receipts matching
· Provide support to other team members
· Co-ordinate with team for import and export delivery arrangement
· Liaise & co-ordinate with freight forwarder etc to ensure timely delivery of customer’s shipment
· Book flight cargo for shipments
· Handle and prepare shipping documentation including airwaybills, shipping invoices, export paperwork (CO & Verification), filing of documentation etc
· Prepare costing and pricing of jewellery items based on production invoice
· Adhoc delivery & collection arrangement
· Any other duties being assigned by immediate supervisor
Pre-Requisites:
· Prefer with at least 1 year of working experience in a jewellery manufacturing environment
· GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’, GCE ‘A’ or Diploma in Business, Operation Management or equivalent
· Possess a good working attitude and able to be independent as well as function as a team player
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software application (Excel, Words, Outlook) and computer literacy skills is required
· Able to meet tight schedules, deadline and work under pressure
· Well verse in English and Chinese for communication with customers and suppliers
