- To support the sales team in ordering processing, work orders; invoicing, job scheduling, follow-up; order acceptance, and inquiries.
- Work closely with the Sales, Operation, Logistics & Production personnel to resolve necessary inquiries.
- Actively engage suppliers and customers in all Forecast Planning and Inventory Control delivery.
- Liaise with forwarders and carriers for shipping booking, confirmation, and documents.
- Weekly updating customer re-schedule/ Review internal and external forecasting/ Update delivery schedule list.
- Customer order and supplier purchase value validation.
- Work closely with the team on stock allocation and order priority
- Deliveries to meet both supplier and customer requirements in an accurate manner.
- Prompt and timely update of reports.
- Other ad-hoc duties/projects assigned by the superior, management.
Requirements:
- At least a year of related working experience.
- Meticulous, organized individual with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Prior experience in Electronics/ Manufacturing industries is advantageous.
