Job Description
- To assist the team in Alumni Relations in the launch of the Alumni Community Platform
- To collate content and graphics for uploading to the community platform
- To coordinate among colleagues, both within the internal department and across Schools and key departments, in compiling their content, introducing creative designs and layouts; upload compiled information to the community platform
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a background in content management and uploading of content, eg:via WordPress; SharePoint; Canva, Adobe; Training will also be provided for the new community platform
- Must have initiatives to propose new ideas and ensure that the overall platform is attractive and compliant to branding (look and feel)
- A team player and an eye for details
- Diploma and above with good communication skills
WORKING HOURS
- Standard Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30 to 5.30pm
- 5 DAYS WORK WEEK
