- Directly supervise and coordinate activities of the F&B staff, including waiters, waitresses, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training to ensure staff are knowledgeable about menu items, promotions, and customer service standards.
- Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns or complaints promptly.
- Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and cleanliness in the dining and service areas.
- Plan work schedules and coordinate staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies, food, and beverages, and order stock as needed.
- Have a thorough understanding of the menu items and be able to make recommendations to customers.
- Implement and oversee promotional activities, such as special events, happy hours, or themed nights.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Address any issues that arise during shifts promptly and professionally, including customer complaints or staff conflicts.
