KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To assist in the store’s daily operations
To supervise staff on work performance and handle staff related issues
To attend to customers’ enquiry and product requests
To handling customer feedback on products and services
To provide guidance and advise to staff on customer related issues
To be responsible of store’s cleanliness and ensure replenishment of products is in place
To up-sell promotional products and/or new products launched by the company
To assist in admin duties in the store (roster planning, Inter store transfer, etc)
Assist Store-in-charge in day-to-day operations and any other ad hoc duties
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 'O' and below; and 3 years of experience in the same capacity within the retail environment
Passionate in retail, customer service orientated, sales driven and enthusiastic in promoting sustainable development to reducing plastic consumption
Able to commit retail operation hours
Able to commit on weekends, public holidays and overtime as and when required
