Catery Pte Ltd is a food wholesaler company that distributing a wide range of food products and beverages to diverse food businesses which include retailers, restaurants and cafes.
For this position as Sales and Marketing Manager, the candidate will involve in sales and marketing activities andl assist in the marketing, promotion and selling company's food products and to create competitive advantages for our company. This manager will be reporting to the Director of the company.
Job Responsibilities
1. Develop Sales Strategies:
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
- Identify new business channels and potential markets.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.
3. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast future sales volumes.
- Prepare regular sales reports, including sales performance, market analysis, and sales forecasts.
4. Sales Negotiations and Contracts:
- Negotiate contracts with key clients and handle major sales transactions.
- Ensure that the company’s sales policies and procedures are adhered to.
5. Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote products and services.
- Identify target markets and create marketing strategies to reach them effectively.
6. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand market needs, trends, and competition.
- Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and product development.
7. Promotions and Events:
- Plan and execute promotional activities, such as trade shows, exhibitions, and events.
- Coordinate with suppliers and partners for co-branded marketing efforts.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with as operations, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with supplierss to align sales and marketing strategies with product offerings.
9. Customer Feedback and Improvement:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Implement changes based on customer insights to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
10. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget.
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective marketing activities.
11. Compliance and Ethics:
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards in all sales and marketing activities.
- Promote a culture of integrity and professionalism within the team.
