Job Description
- Install and set up medical devices and equipment at customer sites, ensuring proper functioning and compliance with specifications
- Perform maintenance on medical devices to minimise downtime and ensure optimal performance
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently
- Train end-users on the proper use and maintenance of medical devices, ensuring they can operate equipment safely and effectively
- Ensure all service activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies, including safety protocols and quality control measures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales and technical support teams, to ensure seamless service delivery and address any cross-functional issues that may arise
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, product updates, and best practices to continuously improve service quality and efficiency
The Successful Applicant
- Experience Field Service Engineer/ Service Engineer, preferably with a focus on Laser devices
- Strong understanding of the medical device equipment
- Demonstrated experience in product demonstration and training, with a proven ability to build rapport with Healthcare Professionals
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
