OVERVIEW

The 6-month Bridger program aims to recruit junior analysts with 1-3 years of work experience and develop, or “bridge” them into BAM investment professionals. This program is designed specifically for those who have less experience, but are passionate about investing and eager to get into an equity long/short career.

We believe the Bridger Program is unique and shows BAM’s strong commitment to analyst development.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct deep fundamental research, primary research, and engage in other data collection efforts
• Communicating with industry and sell-side contacts
• Building and maintaining detailed models from scratch across different equities
• Generating Equity investment ideas by conducting deep fundamental research
• Take on ad-hoc industry related projects

REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering from a reputable university.

· Experience covering the India Equities market

· 1-3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity or Equity Research

· Strong programming skills including ability to code in Python

· Ambitious and commercial savvy. Professional demeanour with an eagerness to learn
