Overview:
He/She will reports to the Executive Director and will be taking care of Project & Innovation team which consist of:
A) Community of Care
- Together with AIC and other CoC2.0 partners, co-creating a CoC playbook to support AACs in building stronger network and partnerships with health and social service providers in the local region.
- Deepen the partnerships in 9 key service domains as identified by AIC within Clementi and Tampines service boundary.
- Support in the development of structured collaborations and national protocols that can be applied as a standard for the sector.
- Test, trial the workflow with seniors who need these services, refine and update so that it can be used nationwide.
B) Tech Care
- Being the Innovation lead, constantly looking for new and relevant technologies which can support the seniors and LB
- Be ready to break boundary and test new ideas
- Creative yet gounded, to ensure that the solutions are ready for the seniors, community, LB and current time.
- Lead Tech Care projects from conceptualization to implementation; and handover to AAC if required.
Responsibilities
- Identify the relevant health-social services in service network, develop & build intimate friendly and professional relationship so that they are on board the concept of CoC and believes in the benefits of CoC.
- Identify service providers which are not in the 9 categories identified by AIC but which are needed by the seniors to support active ageing in place for the seniors. Thereby creating an asset map.
- Deepen the relationship with the service partners at both an organizational and personal levels to bring them on board CoC. Develop a process that is customized, suitable and acceptable to the individual service provider, yet broad enough to be developed into a national process with defined and agreed goals, roles, expectations and processes. While encompassing the objectives of CoC2.0.
- Conduct trials of the processes with seniors who need the services, using various methods but final keypoint is that partner and seniors should not require a lot of handholding for the process to work. And refine the workflow.
- Lead innovation search for technologies suitable to be adapted, adopted and implemented in eldercare sector. This is done by having a deep understanding of the needs and having the foresight to look ahead of current times, while being able to look at technology which is for other industry; and having the ability to use it for eldercare sector.
- Develop and maintain a close network of collaborators, inventors, sector interest groups, private sectors and government sector so that LB is always at the fore front of gerontechnology.
- Lead, organize and ensure Tech Care projects meet project objectives in terms of budget, outcomes and schedule.
- Monitors the progress of the various projects, foresee any potential problems and resolve and/or propose solutions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Psychology/Social Work/Project Management or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in relationship management such as in business, sales or equivalent.
- Analysis skills to understand, adapt, adopt and improve suitable technologies for eldercare.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skill, Strategic thinker with networking aptitude.
