About Our Client
Established in the 1940s in Europe, our client is a leading global supplier of industrial components and equipment with a presence in over 40 countries. They are seeking an Internal Audit Manager to join their global internal auditing team.
Job Description
- Conduct regular audits of sales and production companies, covering all areas such as Finance, HR, Purchasing, Operations, and Compliance.
- Plan, prepare, and perform group-wide process, special, and entity audits.
- Represent and implement the group's interests with local subsidiaries.
- Prepare audit reports, identifying risks and creating action plans to mitigate them, and discuss these results with the MD and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the central finance department (accounting, controlling, and treasury) and legal department.
- Identify risks and develop recommendations for action, reporting to the Head of Internal Audit and the Management Board.
- Ensure adherence to both external and internal organizational guidelines (processes, specifications) across the entire group.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree qualified with minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience.
- Experience in the Asia region.
- Comfortable with 30-50% travel requirements.
