We’re looking to add a Facilities Engineer in Singapore. The position will be based in our Univac office in Woodlands.
As a Facilities Engineer, you will:
Responsible for performing daily administrative and technical support functions for Facilities Management (FM).
The key responsibilities are as below:
- Conduct daily building walkabouts to identify maintenance and safety gaps.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal users, service partners, and vendors.
- Prepare site-related SOPs and guides to train technical personnel.
- Capable of preparing Requests for Quotes, sourcing quotations, and preparing justification and summary papers for management approval.
- Provide secondary backup support for other venture sites concerning FM matters.
- Raise Purchase Requests/documents for management approval.
- Assist in preparing the Master Maintenance Schedule, follow up on maintenance schedules, and ensure the highest quality work delivery from vendors.
- Coordinate closely with HQ FM on Facilities Management approaches.
- Conduct toolbox/safety briefings for vendors before the commencement of work.
- Support sustainability and ESG-related activities.
- Perform any other duties assigned
What skills and experiences are we looking for?
- Diploma in Engineering / Building Management, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in facilities/building environment.
- Experience in Integrated Facilities Management in both soft and hard services.
- Specialized in ACMV and compressor air systems.
- Hands-on experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting (e.g., air compressor/ACMV).
- LEW Electrical License (EMA) optional.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Team player with good communication skills.
