As the Training Executive - you will be at the forefront of enhancing the competency of our Sales Representatives and Sales Leaders. Your role involves administering, organising, developing, and delivering training programs designed to elevate skills and knowledge within the sales teams. You will evaluate training materials, coordinate programs, maintain records, and assess evolving training needs to ensure our teams are equipped to meet the dynamic requirements of the financial advisory business, encompassing both classroom and E-Learning initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Administer, organise, and deliver tailored training programs for Sales Representatives and Sales Leaders.
• Evaluate training materials to ensure alignment with organisational objectives and accuracy.
• Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and communications effectively.
• Maintain detailed training records to track progress and ensure compliance.
• Conduct regular assessments to identify training gaps and evolving needs within the sales teams.
• Develop and implement comprehensive training plans to support sales professionals' growth and development.
• Deliver engaging training sessions through various mediums, including classroom instruction and E-Learning platforms.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve training programs and materials.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the Financial Advisory business is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and well-organized approach to tasks.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
