Responsibilities
- Manage B2B sales of chemicals to existing and new customers including Coatings/Inks/ Intermediates.
- Identify, explore and develop new business opportunities and grow existing customer base.
- Establish and maintain good relationship with customers through regular sales visits and follow-up.
- Access market demands, deploy marketing strategies, manage stock planning and negotiation with suppliers.
- Responsible for contract review, ensuring the company is capable of meeting contractual requirements.
- Prepare quotations and raise purchase requisition when stock purchase is required.
- Raised corrective action request on customer complaints, ensuring actions are implemented.
- Verify action effectiveness for customer complaints.
- Coordinate inspection, ensuring necessary assistance is provided.
- Recommend quality improvement measures.
- Other authorities and responsibilities as documented in relevant procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma / Degree/Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/ Science or equivalent with 1-3 years of sales experiences preferred.
- Possess Class 3 Driving License with Own vehicle an advantage.
- Have good interpersonal & communication skills.
