Responsibilities:
- Supervise Account team and handle daily accounting operation
- Handle full set of accounts
- Responsible for management reports/aging reports/financial analysis and accounting schedules
- Prepare annual budget and financial forecast
- Review and manage the Company cashflow
- Prepare quarterly and annual consolidated accounts
- Prepare monthly financial reports to Head Office
- To prepare and submit tax organizer to tax agent for annual tax computation and submission
- Preparation and submission of quarterly GST return
- Liaise and collaborate with external parties, such as external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities, bankers for banking facilities where required
- Maintain effective internal controls and safeguard for accounting functions
- Handle ad hoc assignments or tasks as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance or related field
- CPA is an advantage
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting & finance
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proactive team player with good interpersonal skills
- Open-minded, flexible to adapt changes in work processes and/or work assignments
- Mature, detail-oriented and able to work independently
