Role:
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to meet business objectives.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including roadshows, digital marketing, social media, and more.
- Coordinate with different stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, optimizing strategies to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
- Develop and maintain content calendars and schedules to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms.
- Manage content distribution and promotion strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Monitor and analyse social media and digital marketing metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Support brand-building initiatives and ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and visual assets.
- Collaborate with design and creative teams to create branded materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research, customer surveys, and competitor analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities, and use these insights to inform marketing strategies, product development, and positioning.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field. A Master's Degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within the casual-premium dining or automotive industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Experience in organizing roadshow events.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Preferably Class 3 driver's license.
