Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Management
- Develop high-quality and engaging content for various marketing channels, including emails, newsletters, websites, social media.
- Plan, execute and manage EDM campaigns to promote training programmes, events, conferences etc.
- Segment email lists and content to ensure targeted and personalised communication.
- Monitor and analyse performance of EDM campaigns and optimise them for better results.
- Support in developing marketing strategies and promotional plans for new and existing products.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search ranking and drive website traffic.
- Update and maintain ISCA Academy website with fresh, relevant content.
- Collaborate with internal Comms team, designers, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in related discipline with strong experience in content marketing and writing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content
- Demonstrates a keen eye for design, ensuring all content is visually appealing and adhere to brand guidelines
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse social media metrics and make data-driven decision
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and project deadlines
- Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok and other relevant platforms, and their best practices is preferred
