- Engage with product management team, clinical leaders and users to understand how data-
driven changes to process, services to improve efficiencies and add values. - Interpret trends and patterns in a complex data set, drawing conclusions and providing
actionable insights. - Assist in designing, documenting, and maintaining system processes.
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to
the team. - Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver
better value to the business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in business analysis or a related field
- Background in AI, Machine learning, or related field is highly desirable
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skill
