Responsibilities:
- Grow the client franchise globally through the introduction to QCP’s product and solutions
- Provide consistent high-touch service to valued prospects / clients throughout their journey with the firm
- Work with internal stakeholders to improve the client experience and meet client demands
- Assist in any implementation enhancements to existing client service workflows
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience in real time client facing supporting functions, especially top-tier clients
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a sales coverage role in a Financial Institution Industry is preferred
- Detail-oriented, efficient and independent worker with good analytical skill. Excellent team-work and communication skills
- Knowledge of derivative and other trading products (e.g. knowledge of options) as well as general understanding of the Web3 ecosystem is a strong plus
- Outstanding problem solving capabilities including solving issues under high pressure
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin to be able to facilitate clients and cross departmental communication
