Job Descriptions:
- Schedule and perform product demonstrations/presentations with potential customers.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure new business and achieve sales targets. Follow through on leads to ensure timely closure of deals.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing post-sales queries or concerns and keeping clients informed about project progress.
- Generate and submit sales reports to management.
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales, especially in a relevant industry such as interior design or architecture.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and trends.
