Customer Service Handling:
- Provide outstanding customer service to all clients.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage customer interactions both in-person and over the phone/email.
Collections Management:
- Handle the collection of payments from clients.
- Ensure accurate recording and reporting of all collections.
Photo Selection Assistance:
- Assist customers in the selection of photos for their albums.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure customers are satisfied with their choices.
Client Conversations:
- Conduct basic client conversations to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
General Support:
- Provide general assistance to the Alangkaar team as needed.
- Ensure smooth operations and support other departments when required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the events or wedding planning industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle collections and basic financial transactions.
- Experience in assisting customers with photo selection or similar tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on their feet.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be available to work six days a week (Tuesday to Sunday).
