Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, including operating systems, applications, and network components.
• Server administration on cloud and on premise, Domain Controller, Active Directory, IIS, DNS, VOIP, LDAP. • Network administration on firewall, switches, VPN, VLAN, WiFi controller.
• Resolve Level 1 and 2 computer or application issues to local and remote users.
• Escalation of Level 3 Application Issues to third-party vendors.
• Maintain proper logging and maintenance of help desk requests via ticketing system.
• Conduct regular system backups minimize data loss in the event of a system failure.
• Maintain IT related Fixed Assets to support onboarding/ offboarding process
Be responsible for program design, coding, testing and documentation.
Perform data migration, data transformation and scripting.
We are looking for people with the following:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience as an IT Systems Administrator or similar role •
Familiarity with Windows server systems and environments
Good problem solving & communication skills.
Good attitude and willingness to learn and adhoc works
