Position: Sales Admin/Coordinator (Job ID: 19148)
Working hour:
Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday/PH: 9:00am to 3:00pm (x1-2times based on duty roster with duty allowance)
Job Description:
• Handling of order processing, quotations and assist with customer's enquiries
• Handling of telephone, email and web chat support to customer
• Process claims arising from shipment delays, defective items, wrong pricing, etc.
• Liaise with customer to order through e-commerce store
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in order processing and handling of customer’s enquiries
• Able to work under pressure
• Meticulous and organized
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office (especially in Microsoft Excel)
