Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and coordinate projects while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and requirements.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Manage project activities on a daily basis, coordinating with Clients, Consultants, and Contractors.
- Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations.
- Administer contracts confidently and oversee the project team effectively.
- Coordinate tender processes, including evaluation, recommendation, and award.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical, site, or compliance issues.
- Stay updated on contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor, coach, and enhance the skill levels of team members.
Requirements:
- Hold a degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Possess a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- Have excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with BIM and the submission processes and guidelines of local authorities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
