Our client is a F&B Manufacturing MNC, one of the leading players in the sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Market Developer to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the North.
Duties of Market Developer:
- Develop and implement strategies for Barista Edition drinks.
- Build strong relationships with top-tier independent coffee shops for mutual benefit.
- Gather market insights on product performance and collaborate with the innovation team for improvements.
- Monitor competitors and develop action plans based on insights.
- Establish a network by visiting coffee houses, partnering with customers, and collaborating with international teams.
- Promote understanding of sustainability's impact on the coffee industry.
- Support and flawlessly represent the brand at major events in Singapore.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of market development experience
- Passionate in coffee
