This role will be required to support to the expanasion of office and growth in the Company.
Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
- Managing the monthly pantry items
- Managing the cleanliness of the office to create and positive and conducive environment for the team
- Upkeeping office facilitites
- Managing office seating arranegments with CEO
- Handling requests and queries prompty and appropriately
- Managing corporate card, track expenses and upload expenses to FInance folder for timely processing
- Coordinating flight and accommodation booking according to the policies
- Assisting in organizing events, functions and other activities
- All other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned
HR Administration:
- Maintaining up to date employee records using Just Login
- Arranging of monthly birthday cakes for employees and organizing company events such as Chinese New Year and Christmas get togethers
- Managing employees' leave requests, leave processes, updating and administering Company's policies
- Act as backup in managing all payroll related activities, including updating of payroll systems, leave application and statutory reporting
- Handling MOM related matters like application, renewal and cancellation of work passes
- Arranging of business cards request, fingerprint registration, office keys, etc.
- Assisting in ISO audit
Requirements:
- Relevant HR and Admin related qualification
- About 5 years of experience managing full set of HR and Admin responsibilities
- At least 3 years' experience in processing full payroll cycle
- Good communication in both written and spoken English
- Fast learner, good team player and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, resourceful and ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Able to start immediately or on a short notice
