Job Responsibilities
- Report to Sales Manager
- Be regularly checking and evaluating effectiveness, quality, consistency of delivered service and process.
- Responsible for day-to-day sales operation
- Making plan to achieve targets together with Senior Customer Service Officer.
- Assisting Senior Customer Service Officer to achieve Profitable Sales Growth set by the Management.
- Executes sales activities in order to meet the planned sales target (Supply / Demand).
- Liaise with supply source (Plant, Vendor/Suppliers) and monitor delivery date.
- To activate FA, 1st Production, ECN, EOL, New customer setup
- Rendering immediate support to customers in the absence to other team members.
- Develop good relationship and promote a positive corporate image to the customers.
- To follow up with customer on their forecast for monthly sales report preparation.
- Monitor supply (from suppliers, plant) and demand (from customers)
- Take up adhoc tasks & assignments when assigned by Sales Manager.
- Attend weekly FA meetings and other sales related meetings.
- Attend monthly Sales Progress Meeting
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years experience experience.
- A team player who enjoys a teamwork environment and is able to communicate with individuals at all levels/positions.
- Independent, self-motivated, result oriented with ability to work under pressure and willing to work beyond normal call of duty.
- Detailed and meticulous.
- Able to use Microsoft Office
