Responsibilities:
- Support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to understand Hiring Division’s hiring needs
- Handle day-to-day recruitment operations such as posting of job advertisements, screening and shortlisting of candidates, interview scheduling to the on-boarding of new hires
- Handle on-boarding and off-boarding administrative matters
- Support the administration of scholarship and internship
- Creation and maintenance of employee records in HR system and P-Filing
- Manage the assignment of External Assessors to the various training partners, maintain records of assignment, calculation of payments and filing of documents
- Ensure the smooth running of operations in accordance to prescribed policies, standard operating procedures and customers’ expectations
- Responsible for meeting KPIs
- Address to employees’ issues promptly
- Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations / applicable laws
Requirement:
- Min Diploma and above
- Min 2 years’ experience in Recruitment and Talent Operations
- Good written and communication skills
- Able to multi task and is Tech Savy
- Quick learner and a team player
- Meticulous in record keeping
- Able to work independently
- Resilience to withstand pressure from clients and high recruitment volume
- Prior experience with Workday is an added advantage
- Prior experience with working in Government agencies is an added advantage
