- Operation and maintenance of internal systems and developed servers for bank customer.
- Preparation of operational documentation.
- General operation task such as access log reporting, patching work.
- Co-ordinate with vendors and deal with contracts (software licence renewals, hardware maintenance)
- Handling user enquiries
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- General knowledge of on-prem server management, including Vmware.(Must)
- Ability to prepare system design and procedure manuals independently.(Must)
- General knowledge of managing cloud servers.(Nice to have)
- Experience in managing multiple servers, mainly Windows (Must)
- Familiar with ITIL concepts and at least three years' experience in operations and maintenance.(Must)
Aptitude:
- Escalating promptly to the appropriate person.
- Willingness to work with the team leader to identify operational issues and proactively undertake improvement activities.
Standby needed to carry out work-arounds of system troubles as they occur, as well as investigate and respond to root cause resolution
